Live action version of a manga by Hatori Bisco about Fujioka Haruhi (Kawaguchi Haruna), a scholarship student who attends a prestigious school called Ouran Academy. On the first day, she meets a group of male students who run the school's host club.

After accidentally breaking a very expensive vase, she is forced by the club's president, Tamaki Suou (Yamamoto Yusuke), to pay back with her body . The hyperactive and silly president asks her to work as a host to woo women because he believes Fujioka to be a boy.

About an arrogant CEO, Hyun Bin as Kim Joo Won, and a humble, hardworking stuntwoman, Ha Ji Won as Gil Ra Im, who meet accidentally. We see Joo Won fall for Gil Ra Im, but getting together becomes harder when they suddenly switch souls with each other.
