A live action from a manga by Tsukasa Hojo. About Lee Yoon Sung (Lee Min Ho), an MIT graduate who's working for the president of South Korea. He deals with dangerous cases to help the community and its people.

But there is more that he is hiding. He starts to investigate some politicians who are responsible for his parent's death and his abandonment.

Toma Saya (Erika Toda), a detective with an IQ of 201 and have a "don't care" personality, gets a new partner after a mysterious incident, which put her left arm in a sling. The new partner she gets is Sebumi Takeru (Kase Ryo) who got transferred from the top Metropolitan Police to her department that specializes in solving crimes with special abilities called SPECS.

Hu Ge as Jing Tian, a troublemaker whose dream is to own a pawnshop, wishes on a falling star. But suddenly the falling star lands on his palm and becomes an amulet. During a visit to the market place, the amulet magically pulls him towards a rambunctious girl who turns out to be the granddaughter of Tang Manor, Yang Mi as Xue Jian.
