Shinagawa Daichi (Narimiya Hiroki) is a delinquent who used to be a good student. On the first day of school, he meets Adachi Hana (Naka Riisa), who is hiding the fact that she used to be a delinquent, signs up to become the president of the school. She brings along Daichi with her and other companions she meets as part of the governing body.

Funny moments happen whenever Hana comes up with a new plan to make new memories with her friends, but troubles from her past comes in the least expected situations.

Hu Ge as Jing Tian, a troublemaker whose dream is to own a pawnshop, wishes on a falling star. But suddenly the falling star lands on his palm and becomes an amulet. Luo Qing Chuan (Yang Mi), a history fanatic with full of curiosity, went to search for a missing painting and found herself next to a weird looking tree. Then she is suddenly transported back to time during Emperor Kang Xi's reign of Qing dynasty.
