Just days before their wedding, Crown Prince Lee Gak's fiance is found dead by the palace pond. He then called for three of his trusted retainers to help him solve this mystery and punish those who commit such a crime. But before he could get anywhere, suddenly he's become a target and was forced to leave his palace. Somehow with trying to escape alongside his retainers, Lee Gak ended up 300 years into the future (or present day Korea).

Ma Hye Ri (Kim So Yeon), despite having an excellent memory, wants to be a fashion designer, but was forced by her dad to become a prosecutor. Because of her "fashion" sense, her co-workers and clients do not trust her capabilities.

However, whenever she's in trouble Seo In Woo (Park Shi Hoo) mysteriously shows up and helps her out. Why does he know just when to get her out of trouble? And how much more trials must Hye Ri face before anyone acknowledges her abilities?
