Live action version of a manga by Hatori Bisco about Fujioka Haruhi (Kawaguchi Haruna), a scholarship student who attends a prestigious school called Ouran Academy. On the first day, she meets a group of male students who run the school's host club.

After accidentally breaking a very expensive vase, she is forced by the club's president, Tamaki Suou (Yamamoto Yusuke), to pay back with her body . The hyperactive and silly president asks her to work as a host to woo women because he believes Fujioka to be a boy.

On the same day, Lin Xiao Ru (Rainie Yang) and Song Jie Xiu (Joseph Chang) proposed to their gf/bf and were both rejected. In their sadness, they decided to get drunk to forget their pain and even went as far as getting married to each other to not waste all the planning they've done. When they finaly sober up, it took many days to fix the things that happened on that one crazy day.
