Our main character is Ichimura Tetsunosuke, an energetic, short, and very childlike 15 year old. He and his older brother Tatsu have to fend for themselves after losing their parents from the malicious hands of a band of rebels.

They joined the Shinsengumi team supposedly as manual labor workers, but Tetsu has another plan. He wants to learn the art of samurai to get revenge for his parent’s death.

Hanamichi Sakuragi joins his school’s basketball team in order to impress the girl he likes. But he soon finds that he needs a lot of training just to make a point in the game.

He and his team Shohoku High’s ultimate goal is to reach the finals and become the nation’s best basketball team.

We follow the life of Son Goku, a being from another planet who came to Earth to destroy it, but accidentally hit his head on a rock so he’s forgotten all his past memories. He meets Bulma, a genius girl, who is looking for Dragon Balls and decides to help her.

Together, they meet many people and foes in their adventures, with Goku progressively learning to become the best fighter.

Two vampires, Mochizuki Kojiro and his brother Kotaro, and a human being, Katsuragi Mimiko, meet together in the Special Area - the only place where vampires and human beings can cohabitate.
