Due to his rough appearance, Takasu Ryuji, a second grader, is thought of as a juvenile delinquent. He encounters a new classmate, Aisaka Taiga, also known as ’Tenori Tiger’ (small tiger in a palm) because she is very short, selfish, quick-tempered, and unstoppable. At first they didn’t get along, but they soon become close.
