Shinagawa Daichi (Narimiya Hiroki) is a delinquent who used to be a good student. On the first day of school, he meets Adachi Hana (Naka Riisa), who is hiding the fact that she used to be a delinquent, signs up to become the president of the school. She brings along Daichi with her and other companions she meets as part of the governing body.
