Live action version of a manga by Hatori Bisco about Fujioka Haruhi (Kawaguchi Haruna), a scholarship student who attends a prestigious school called Ouran Academy. On the first day, she meets a group of male students who run the school's host club.

After accidentally breaking a very expensive vase, she is forced by the club's president, Tamaki Suou (Yamamoto Yusuke), to pay back with her body . The hyperactive and silly president asks her to work as a host to woo women because he believes Fujioka to be a boy.

Problems ensue and Lee Sun Joon applies her to SKK, an all boys school. With her stay at SKK, she meets the player, Goo Yong Ha (Song Joong Ki), and the badass, Moon Jae Shin (Yoo Ah In).
